All orders are print-on-demand, which means we send the product information to an external vendor who then produces the products and mails them directly to you. Most products take about 7 days to ship, at which point you're receive a confirmation email. This process may take longer during times of high demand, or if the raw materials needed to product the product are out of stock. Both of those things are completely out of our hands.
